Role Description The Central Sales Manager (Inside SAAS Sales) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.



The person in this role will lead and manage an inside sales team focused on selling NoBrokerHood’s SaaS-based community management solutions to gated societies and related stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving lead generation, overseeing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The Central Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine sales strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, coaching team members, and implementing best practices for scalable and sustainable revenue growth.
Qualifications

Proven experience (4–8 years) in inside sales or SaaS sales, preferably in B2B or technology-driven products.
Robust skills in managing sales funnels, conducting product demos, handling negotiations, and
