Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Painter role based at Royal Orchid Hotels in Jaipur. The Painter will prepare and finish interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, and fixtures, using appropriate paints, primers,



and coatings to meet hotel brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, filling cracks and holes), mixing and matching paint colors, applying paint by brush, roller, or spray, and ensuring clean, protected work areas. The role involves performing touch-ups, routine maintenance painting, and decorative finishes in guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain a high-quality appearance. The Painter will work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping teams, follow safety protocols, and complete tasks within specified timelines to minimize disruption to guests.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Paint application, Painting, and Painting and Decorating for both interior and exterior hotel spaces.
