Responsibilities

Analyze details to determine appropriate action needed in term of processing the transactions. Consult available resources including technical documentation, updates, computer system application features, co-workers, and Mentors to perform daily task. Make suggestions for improvement in procedures/processes Efficiently and effectively process work to meet or exceed production expectations
Perform assigned work accurately to meet or exceed quality expectations that results in increased client satisfaction and profitability for PFG. Improve personal effectiveness that positively impacts work, workplace, and enhancement of skills
Perform other job-related duties, other processes within the BU or special projects as required or as assigned by superior, prioritization workload to ensure financial, urgent and rush requests are processed timely.




Taking ownership of individual production results to increase work credit consistently to achieve high results, thus contributing to department efficiency results. Helping Trainer/ Leader to do analysis of error trends and root cause analysis of the defects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in life sciences preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in back office. Insurance -Domestic Insurers / abroad, experience in Claims processing of Health Insurance / Life and disability claims/ Underwriting experience preferred. Good MS Office, Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in Rotational shifts.
