About The Role

We are looking for an MBA student who is interested in B2B Business Development, and Client Acquisition.

You will work closely with the team to identify potential clients, initiate conversations with businesses, understand their hiring requirements, and support the process of acquiring current clients.

This is a hands-on role where you will get practical exposure to B2B lead generation, cold outreach, client communication, and recruitment consulting.

What You'll Do

Research and identify potential clients and businesses with hiring requirements.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other relevant channels.




Reach out to founders, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
Initiate conversations and understand potential clients' hiring needs.
Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
Maintain and update lead and prospect databases.
Follow up with prospects and support the client acquisition process.
Assist in preparing proposals and communicating our recruitment services.
Track outreach, responses, meetings, and conversions.
Learn and apply different B2B business development strategies.

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing an MBA, preferably in the 1st or 2nd year.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with new people and initiating conversations.
Good research and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to make calls and conduct cold outreach.
Basic understanding of business development concepts.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and basic productivity tool
