About the Role

Bozito Studios is looking for a confident, articulate and curious Business Development Intern to join our team.

This role goes beyond traditional sales. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, understanding their businesses and requirements, and helping our strategy team develop the right proposals and solutions.

You will act as an important bridge between potential clients and our strategy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Connect with incoming inquiries and potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Introduce Bozito Studios and confidently communicate our services and approach.
- Speak with business owners, founders, decision-makers and marketing teams.
- Understand the client's business model,



industry, target audience, challenges, goals and requirements.
- Prepare and share structured Business Discovery Questionnaires with potential clients.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations and collect relevant business information.
- Research prospects, their competitors and market positioning.
- Prepare clear internal client briefs based on your conversations and research.
- Work closely with the strategy team to provide the information required to develop accurate proposals.
- Coordinate meetings between prospects and the Bozito strategy team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain skilled relationships throughout the sales process.
- Track leads, conversations, follow-ups and opportunities.
