? Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing, growth-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead market expansion across domestic corporate enterprise markets and the Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem. Based out of our Gurgaon office, you will be responsible for creating opportunities,



driving consultative sales, and positioning our firm's advisory services and data subscription platform to senior corporate executives.
This is a hunter role designed for a qualified who understands procurement economics, IT/BPO outsourcing, and how to articulate data-driven value propositions to C-suite buyers.

? Key Responsibilities

? Business Development & Pipeline Generation
GCC & Enterprise Prospecting: Identify, map, and build a robust sales pipeline of target accounts within the domestic market, focusing on newly establishing or scaling Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and large enterprise buyers.
End-to-End Sales Cycle: Originate opportunities and manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle—from cold outreach and initial discovery calls to solution scoping, proposal pitches, and contract closures.
Product & Platform Sales: Drive adoption and subscriptions for our proprietary Sourci
