About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Lead – Solution Consulting to partner closely with our Sales team in winning enterprise and mid-market opportunities.

In this role, you'll own the solutioning process—from customer discovery and technical consulting to product demonstrations, solution design, and deal closure. You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions that address customer challenges and maximize business value.

This role has a direct impact on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer success.

What You'll Do

Lead discovery sessions to understand customer business objectives, workflows, and technical requirements.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, executive presentations, workshops, and solution walkthroughs tailored to customer use cases.
Design scalable solution architectures and recommend the optimal implementation approach.
Prepare solution documents, business proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and proof-of-concepts to support strategic opportunities.




Build customized demos and integration approaches that improve deal velocity and win rates.
Partner closely with Sales throughout the sales cycle, from qualification to contract closure.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Partner teams to address technical requirements and solution gaps.
Develop a deep understanding of LeadSquared's platform and effectively position current capabilities based on customer needs.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to strengthen solution positioning.
Provide market and customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap and innovation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reusable presales assets.
Serve as a trusted solution advisor for regional sales teams and mentor junior presales consultants.
