Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, taxation, TDS compliance, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Candidates with prior experience in the Green Energy/Renewable Energy sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
Handle direct and indirect taxation activities including GST, Income Tax, and TDS compliance.
Ensure timely filing of TDS returns and reconciliation of tax-related accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Assist in cash flow management and working capital planning.
Coordinate with consultants,



auditors, and government authorities as required.
Support finance process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Budgeting and Financial Forecasting.
Expertise in Taxation, TDS, GST, and Income Tax compliance.
Sound understanding of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Eligibility Criteria
CA Qualified (Mandatory).
2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Taxation, and Compliance.
Preferably worked in Green Energy, Renewable Energy, Solar, Wind, Power, or Infrastructure sectors.
Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.
