Role Description This is a full time, on-site Luxury Wedding Planner role based in Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end planning and execution of luxury and destination weddings, including concept development, timeline creation, and coordination of multi-day event schedules.



The Luxury Wedding Planner will liaise with clients to understand their vision, manage expectations, and provide ongoing guidance, while coordinating with vendors, venues, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery. Daily tasks include managing budgets and contracts, overseeing guest hospitality arrangements, supervising on-ground execution, and handling contingency plans and crisis management with professionalism. The planner will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain high standards of service, brand consistency, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Planning and Event Planning skills for end-to-end management of complex, multi-day celebrations.
Candidates should possess specialized Wedding Planning experience, including concept creation, ceremony and reception design, and timeline coordination.
