Job Description

To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely, professional, and effective assistance to customers, addressing their queries and concerns, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services while maintaining positive and long-term customer relationships.

Shoot & Production Coordination
Location Booking Management
Set Dismantling & Location Clearance
MIS & Documentation
Customer Relationship Management

Qualifications

Graduate in any Discipline

Experience

3–4 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Client Servicing, Film Production Coordination, Location Management, or a related field.




Experience in handling customers professionally and patiently.
Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination and convincing skills.

Knowledge And Skills

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is mandatory.
Knowledge of ERP/SAP is preferred.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with internal departments, production teams, and external customers.
Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu is mandatory.
