Advait Labs is a digital marketing and software studio built for US businesses and white-label agency partners. We run paid media, build websites and products, and ship creative for healthcare systems, dental groups, clinics, SaaS companies and education brands. Our work is measured, not decorative: every video and every screen we design is tied to a pipeline, a signup or a patient booking.

The role in one line
You edit video that stops the scroll and design in Figma that converts, for clients who are paying US rates and expect US-standard output.
This is a hybrid craft role. Roughly 60% video editing, 40% product and marketing design in Figma. If you only do one of the two well, this is not your role.
What you will actually do
Video
Cut performance ad creative for Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn: hooks, UGC-style edits, testimonial cuts, static-to-motion adaptations




Edit SaaS product demos and explainer videos from raw screen recordings into clean, narrated walkthroughs
Produce healthcare content that is credible and calm: doctor talking heads, patient stories, procedure explainers, clinic walkthroughs
Handle the full post pipeline: assembly, sound design, colour, subtitles, motion graphics, versioning by aspect ratio (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and by platform spec
Ship variants rapid for A/B testing. First 3 seconds are your job, not an afterthought
Design (Figma)
Design landing pages, funnel pages and ad creative sets that a paid media team can point traffic at on Monday
Design SaaS UI: dashboards, onboarding flows, empty states, data-heavy screens that stay readable
Build and maintain design systems: components, variants, auto layout, tokens, responsive frames
Hand off cleanly to developers with specs, states and assets in place, then review the build against the design
