Role Description The Retail Salesperson is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for providing an exceptional in-store experience to customers. This role involves greeting and engaging clients, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable Kumari jewellery pieces using strong product knowledge. The Retail Salesperson will handle sales transactions, maintain accurate records, and support visual merchandising by ensuring displays are organized and appealing.



Daily responsibilities include answering customer queries, managing after-sales service, and collaborating with the team to meet store sales targets. The role also includes maintaining store hygiene standards, staying updated on new collections, and representing the brand’s values and aesthetic in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to drive in-store revenue and meet or exceed targets.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle queries, and create a memorable shopping experience.
Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge, particularly in fine jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals, or demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
Candidates should possess basic numeracy and point-of-sale skills, including handling transactions, billing, and inventory checks.
