Role Description The Healthcare Administration Trainer is a full time role responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in healthcare administration to students and early-career professionals. Day-to-day tasks include designing and updating course content, preparing instructional materials, conducting classroom and online sessions, and facilitating practical exercises, case studies, and assessments.



The Trainer will support learners through mentoring, feedback, and exam preparation, while ensuring that course materials align with current industry standards and regulatory requirements. This is a hybrid role based in Kozhikode, with a primary on-site presence and flexibility for some work-from-home activities such as lesson planning, content development, and online sessions. The Trainer will collaborate with academic coordinators and industry partners to continuously improve program outcomes and learner engagement.
