This is not a desk job. You'll be in the field, at the hubs, and wherever the problem is.
What you'll own:
→ TATs — every order moves on time, every time
→ Seat fill — hubs are staffed and running at capacity
→ Order flow — in and out, no pile-ups, no delays
→ Quality SLAs — standards are set, followed, and audited
→ Process adherence — your hubs run by the playbook, not by gut
Right fit if you:
→ Have worked in hyperlocal ops, logistics, or a field-heavy role before
→ Are comfortable being in the field daily — this is not optional
→ Have managed blue-collar teams or hub-level operations
→ Spot problems before they escalate and fix them on the spot
→ Are obsessive about TATs and don't accept "it's delayed" as an answer
1–3 years experience. Quick commerce, hyperlocal, or delivery ops background strongly preferred.
