Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Officer / Field Officer role based in India. The role involves supervising housekeeping and facility management operations across assigned client locations, ensuring that service standards, safety protocols, and cleanliness benchmarks are consistently met. The Area Officer / Field Officer will coordinate daily work schedules, allocate tasks to staff, monitor attendance,



and provide on-the-ground guidance to the workforce. The role includes conducting site inspections, addressing client queries and concerns, reporting operational issues, and suggesting improvements to enhance service quality. The individual will collaborate with management to support training, performance monitoring, and resource planning for smooth facility operations.
