We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just manage social media — but knows how to find stories, create content and grow a brand.

The candidate will be stationed in office at a premium 5-star hospitality property in Surat and will take ownership of its day-to-day content and social media activities.

What will you be doing?
• Plan monthly & weekly social media content
• Shoot engaging photos, videos, Reels & Stories on-site
• Identify everyday content opportunities across the property
• Manage Instagram and other social media platforms
• Post/schedule content and maintain an active social presence
• Work on organic reach, engagement & follower growth
• Plan interactive, trend-based & UGC-led activities
• Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers & creators
• Cover events, experiences, F&B;, celebrations and other activities




• Assist in planning & managing paid Meta campaigns
• Track leads and campaign performance
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with our internal team and the client's team
• Continuously bring new ideas to help the brand grow digitally

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is creative, proactive and comfortable being on the ground.

You should be able to walk into a space and immediately think:
“There’s content here. How do I turn this into something people will stop scrolling for?”

Experience in Social Media / Content Creation / Hospitality / Lifestyle brands will be preferred.

Basic video shooting, editing, Canva and Meta Ads knowledge will be an advantage.

Most importantly: We need someone who takes ownership — not someone who waits every day to be told what to post. Immediate Joiners only
