The Assistant Professor role in the Department of Commerce is a full time, on-site position based at the Bangalore Central Campus in Bengaluru.



The role involves planning and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in commerce and related disciplines, using student-centered and outcome-based teaching methods. The faculty member will design lesson plans, prepare learning materials, assess student performance through assignments and examinations, and provide academic mentoring and guidance. Responsibilities include engaging in research and scholarly activities, publishing in reputed journals, participating in curriculum development, and contributing to departmental initiatives and accreditation processes.
