Role Description The Loss Prevention Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.



This role is responsible for monitoring store and warehouse operations to prevent theft, fraud, and inventory shrinkage, using physical checks, CCTV review, and adherence to standard operating procedures. The associate will conduct regular audits, identify risk areas, document incidents, and support investigations in collaboration with store leadership and security teams. They will educate team members on loss prevention practices, ensure compliance with safety and security guidelines, and help maintain accurate records and reports. The role also involves interacting with customers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner to uphold a protected and secure shopping and working environment.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Retail Loss Prevention and Prevention to identify, mitigate, and report risks related to shrinkage and fraud.
