Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager / Sales Executive role based in Thrissur. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle for residential and commercial projects, including lead generation, client meetings, property presentations, and closure of sales. The professional will work closely with prospective buyers to understand their needs, provide project information, conduct site visits, and assist with pricing, payment plans, and documentation. Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and contributing to sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications




Proven experience in real estate sales or high-value consultative selling, with strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.
Ability to conduct effective property presentations, site visits, and negotiations, with sound knowledge of local real estate market trends in and around Thrissur.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly, handle objections professionally, and build long-term customer trust.
Competence in basic sales reporting, CRM tools, and MS Office applications to track leads, forecast sales, and prepare regular performance reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant real estate certifications are an advantage.
