Role Description The Modern Trade Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon,



responsible for driving sales, visibility, and profitability of Abhay Health’s products across modern trade channels. The role involves identifying and onboarding key retail chains and modern trade partners, negotiating trade terms, and managing joint business plans to achieve revenue and distribution targets. The Modern Trade Manager will oversee in-store execution, including planograms, promotions, merchandising, and regular audits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include tracking sell-in and sell-out data, managing budgets and trade spends, coordinating with marketing and supply chain teams for promotions and inventory planning, and preparing performance reports and insights for leadership. The role also requires building strong relationships with category managers and store teams, resolving operational issues promptly, and supporting new product launches in modern trade
