Role Overview
An entry-level Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to monitor clinical trial sites, verify data quality and
ensure GCP compliance and patient safety across assigned studies.
Key Responsibilities
■ Support and conduct site visits for study initiation, monitoring and close-out
■ Verify source documents against Case Report Forms (CRFs) for data accuracy
■ Ensure clinical trials are conducted as per GCP, ICH guidelines and study protocol
■ Track patient enrolment, informed consent process and protocol adherence
■ Coordinate with investigators, CRO and sponsor teams on trial timelines
■ Support adverse event reporting and patient safety documentation
■ Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) documentation and site files

Educational Qualification
B.Pharm/M.Pharm, B.Sc/M.Sc Life Sciences, BDS, BPT, or PG Diploma in Clinical Research.
Experience Required
Fresher / 0-1 year. Freshers with the right educational background and a willingness to learn are
strongly encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
Good to Have
■ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
■ Positive written and verbal communication skills
■ Attention to detail and documentation discipline
■ Willingness to learn and work in a regulated, compliance-driven environment
■ Willingness to travel for site visits
