We are looking for a highly driven Partner Sales Manager to build and expand strategic relationships with Databricks, cloud partners, system integrators, and ISVs. The role focuses on generating qualified opportunities, building joint go-to-market programs, and driving revenue through the Databricks partner ecosystem. (US/Evening Shift – 5pm – 2am | 6pm – 3am | 7pm – 4am).

Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with Databricks and cloud ecosystem partners across the field and field leadership teams
Build joint GTM strategies and co-selling initiatives
Generate qualified enterprise opportunities through partner channels
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams of CelerityHat’s clients
Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships
Track partner pipeline and revenue targets
Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and industry events
Collaborate on solution positioning around AI, Data Engineering, Cloud Migration, Analytics, and Digital Transformation
Responsible for periodical KPI reporting for each partner being managed

Experience & Background




5 – 7 years of B2B technology sales experience
Experience selling through or to ecosystem partners
Experience managing strategic alliances rather than only inside sales will be preferred
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets

Network & Relationships
Solid network within the Databricks ecosystem
Ability to work with CXOs, Practice Heads, Delivery Leaders, and Partner Managers
Existing relationships within the Databricks ecosystem (preferred)

Technical & Domain Exposure
Strong understanding of the Databricks platform
Exposure to AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Analytics, or Digital Transformation services
Familiarity with GenAI, Agentic AI, Data Lakes, or Lakehouse architecture (preferred)
Other Requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Comfortable representing the company at events such as the Databricks Data + AI Summit and regional partner even
