About the role
Stock Bazaar is a portfolio analytics and market intelligence platform for Indian retail investors. We're hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to own paid acquisition end-to-end — from campaign strategy down to the creative that actually converts.
You'll run campaigns across Meta, Google and app install channels, own the numbers that matter (CAC, install-to-active, ROAS), and run the tests that tell us what's working.
This is a hands-on role in a small team with real budget ownership and direct access to the founder. You'll see the impact of your decisions within the week, not the quarter.

Role
You'll own paid acquisition end-to-end — running campaigns that bring in real, active users, not just installs. This is a hands-on role with direct ownership of budget and numbers.

What you'll do
Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, UAC, YouTube) and other performance channels
Own acquisition metrics — CAC, CPI, CTR, ROAS, install-to-active conversion — and report on them weekly
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy,



audiences and landing pages
Work with design and product on ad creatives and landing page conversion
Manage app install campaigns for our Android and iOS apps, including attribution setup and tracking
Track spends against budget and flag what's working and what isn't, early
Keep an eye on competitor activity in the Indian fintech/investing space

What we're looking for
2–4 years running paid campaigns, ideally with app install or fintech experience
Robust hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Comfortable with analytics and attribution tools (GA4, Firebase, Appsflyer/Branch or similar)
Genuinely numbers-driven — can build and defend a case from campaign data
Understands SEBI-regulated advertising constraints, or is willing to learn quickly (financial products have strict rules on what we can and can't claim)
Bachelor's degree; marketing or analytics background preferred
