Senior Specialist - Inventory & Sales Management

Responsibilities

Review and reconcile sales transactions from stores, e-commerce platforms, and payment systems to ensure complete and accurate revenue reporting.
Investigate payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and credit card exceptions. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely resolution.
Record accurate journal entries related to sales, payments, inventory adjustments, and other accounting transactions in compliance with company policies.
Prepare, review, and maintain assigned account reconciliations. Research and resolve outstanding reconciling items to ensure financial accuracy.
Review General Ledger activity, identify variances, investigate discrepancies, and ensure transactions are recorded correctly.
