Pre-Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Manager to own the complete product demonstration and PoC lifecycle for large government and national-security customers.

The role involves working directly with senior government and law-enforcement leadership, translating complex analytics and security solutions into business outcomes, and taking PoCs from data ingestion to customer sign-off.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live product demonstrations for senior government and law-enforcement officials.
Own the complete PoC lifecycle — data ingestion, configuration, demonstration, use-case validation and customer sign-off.
Present solutions to Secretary, Chief Secretary, District Magistrate, Commissioner, IG, DIG, ADG and similar senior officials.
Participate in panel discussions, industry forums, media interactions and open platforms.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into relevant product use cases.




Evaluate competitor products and identify product gaps and improvement opportunities.
Provide actionable competitive intelligence to the Product Management team.
Work closely with Sales, Product and technical teams to support customer conversions.
Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

8+ years of relevant Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting experience.
Proven experience in live PoC execution and customer sign-off.
Experience presenting to senior government / IAS / IPS / law-enforcement leadership.
Strong presentation, storytelling and stakeholder-management skills.
Robust technical understanding of analytics, homeland security, digital forensics or related solutions.
Ability to understand competitor products and translate insights into product recommendations.
Comfortable speaking at panels, conferences, media interactions and industry forums.
B.Tech/M.Tech preferre
