Role: Sr Manager - Enterprise Sales (Global Systems Integrator)
Location: Chennai

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive growth across existing and new customer accounts. The role involves driving revenue growth through new logo acquisition, account penetration, relationship management, opportunity identification, and successful deal closures. The incumbent will own Order Booking and Revenue targets for assigned accounts and contribute to the business growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring current customers.
Build and execute account plans and customer acquisition strategies.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors within customer organizations.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue projections.
Understand customer business requirements and position relevant technology solutions.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle,



from prospecting and opportunity qualification through deal closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solutions, Product, Commercial, Finance, Service Delivery, and Operations to ensure successful deal execution.
Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives, operational challenges, and buying processes.

Desired Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
7-12 years of Enterprise Sales experience.
Proven experience in account management, new business development, and revenue growth.
Experience working with technology services organizations in areas such as Telecom, Cloud, Network Services, Software, Applications, or Managed Services.
Strong experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Demonstrated success in building executive-level customer relationships.
