Role Description The Leasing Executive – Office Space Leasing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end leasing process for office spaces, including identifying suitable properties, conducting site visits with prospective tenants,



and preparing leasing proposals. The Leasing Executive will perform market research to track rental trends, vacancy levels, and competitive offerings, and will use these insights to advise clients and support pricing strategies. Daily tasks include coordinating lease negotiations, assisting with lease documentation and administration, maintaining accurate records of deals and prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely closure of transactions. The role also involves building and maintaining solid relationships with landlords, corporate clients, and brokers to expand the office leasing portfolio.
