Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
I. Manage end-to end recruitment processes for Engineer / Sr Engineer/ Asst Mgr level.
II. Partner with hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements.
III. Manage onboarding activities, including documentation and current hire orientation.
IV. Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
Performance Management:
I. Support performance review cycles and goal setting processes.
II. Partner with Managers on PIP cases and drive action plan for employee development
III. Monitor completion of periodical performance evaluations & documentations.
IV. Assist in identifying development and coaching opportunities.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
I. Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
II. Organize wellness, recognition, and team-building programs.
III. Promote company values and culture across the organization.
IV. Lead local CSR initiatives.
V. Drive Employee Voice / Suggestion actions.
VI. Lead local and global HR initiatives.
VII. Rewards & Recognition program for white collar




Compliance & Policy Management:
I. Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively.
II. Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
III. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Administration:
I. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
II. Manage employee lifecycle activities including transfers, promotions, and exits.
III. Generate HR reports and metrics for leadership review.
IV. Ensure data quality within HR systems.
V. Lead ISO, EHS Audits
Learning & Development:
I. Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives.
II. Track employee training completion and development plans.
III. Partner with leaders & vendors to identify capability-building opportunities.
IV. Branding new HR excellence projects & initiatives
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Social Work, Industrial Relations, Labour Management, Law, or re
