As a Senior Associate – M&A; Enterprise Apps – Accelerated Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in translating Private Equity and M&A; objectives into actionable strategies for application separation, integration, and modernization. Within our Deals practice, you will lead application workstreams across due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, and TSA exit programs, collaborating with C-suite executives to maximize deal value and expedite execution. This role involves advising clients on digital and AI strategy, enterprise architecture,



and tech-enabled operating models, while developing integration and divestiture strategies.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor team members, and maintain skilled standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality solutions.
