IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Work with existing and develop new Talent Acquisition channels & strategies, to find and match best talents with our open positions in India
Manage full cycle recruitment process: CV sourcing & headhunting, phone screening, conducting interviews together with the Hiring Managers
Implement top-notch Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process
Focus on proactively generating current Talent pools, mainly headhunting
Consult hiring managers on recruitment related topics, conduct trainings for new Hiring Managers
Prepare and deliver constant updates and insights to the HQ Office in terms of hiring progress, achievements and challenges in delivering Hiring Plan
Suggest improvements for the existing and implement new practices including but not limited to recruitment process optimization, employer branding, compan
