Role Description The Property Advisor is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. In this position, the advisor will guide prospective homebuyers through the entire property selection and purchase process, including understanding their requirements, presenting suitable residential options, and organizing site visits. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory and local market trends, coordinating with developers and internal teams,



and managing leads from initial contact to closure. The advisor will explain project features, pricing, and financing options clearly, support clients with documentation and follow-ups, and ensure a professional, customer-focused experience at every stage.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with diverse buyers.
Sales and negotiation capabilities, including lead management, follow-up discipline, and a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Basic understanding of real estate market dynamics, residential property features, and awareness of Bengaluru South micro-markets.
Comfort using digital tools and platforms for lead tracking, property listings, and communication (CRM, messaging apps, spreadsheets, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi) is an adv
