Role Description The Director Strategic Alliances at nEmi is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow, responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-value partnerships and business alliances. The role involves evaluating potential partners, negotiating strategic agreements, and driving joint initiatives that support revenue growth and market expansion. Day-to-day tasks include developing alliance strategies, coordinating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product, and monitoring the performance of existing partnerships. The Director will build executive-level relationships,



prepare business plans and proposals, and ensure alignment between partner objectives and nEmi’s overall business goals. This position also requires regular reporting on alliance outcomes and making data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Strategic Alliances and Business Alliances, with a track record of building and sustaining high-impact partnerships.
Strong capabilities in Business Planning and Strategic Partnerships, including market analysis, opportunity assessment, and joint go-to-market planning.
Experience in Sales, particularly in leveraging alliances to drive revenue, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
