Role Description The Incubation Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The Incubation Associate will support the design and delivery of incubation programs for students and early-stage founders,



including workshops, mentoring sessions, and pitch events. Responsibilities include coordinating with mentors and industry experts, tracking startup progress, and maintaining documentation and reporting for incubated ventures. The role involves engaging with educational institutions, managing program logistics, and providing hands-on support to founders in areas such as business model validation and go-to-market planning. The Incubation Associate will also help build partnerships, gather feedback to improve incubation offerings, and contribute to a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.
