Key Responsibilities.

Oversee production operations for Semi Solid to meet targets with quality and compliance.
Ensure adherence to cGMP, regulatory, and safety standards across all manufacturing activities.
Plan and execute daily and monthly production schedules in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Drive process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Monitor OEE, yield, and downtime, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Maintenance for equipment readiness and validation.
Lead and develop the production team through training and performance management.
Maintain audit readiness and compliance with USFDA, WHO, and other regulatory requirements.
