We are looking for a high-calibre strategy and finance professional to work closely with the Founder/Partner of a rapidly scaling renewable energy platform.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role at the intersection of business strategy, capital allocation, fundraising, and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive 1–3–5 year strategic growth plans
• Shape the company’s investor narrative and equity story
• Manage relationships with investors, lenders & financial institutions
• Lead investor decks, financial models, and periodic reporting
• Support equity/debt fundraising and capital allocation decisions
• Evaluate investments, capex and return metrics (IRR/ROCE)
• Strengthen governance, reporting and market-readiness
• Act as a strategic partner to the Founder and senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
• 8–15 years of experience in Strategy,



Investment Banking, PE/VC, Consulting, Investor Relations or senior corporate roles
• Robust capital markets & financial analysis expertise
• Fundraising/investor interaction experience preferred
• MBA (IIM/ISB/XLRI) / CA / CFA preferred
• Exceptional analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• High ownership, discretion and a founder-first mindset
