About you and this role:
As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Solution Specialist based in Mumbai your position is crucial for supporting Finance as we continue to expand and innovate the automation of financial work processes, leveraging both artificial intelligence and citizen development tools.
In this role, you'll work closely with finance functional owners to lead the design, development, and testing of complex RPA solutions,
ensuring they align with enterprise best practices. One of your key responsibilities will be supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the existing RPA portfolio within Finance, which means you'll play a vital part in ensuring stability, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining robust governance standards.
Collaboration is at the heart of this position; you'll partner with business operations and business analysts to develop, streamline, and enhance workflow processes. Your initiatives will cover solution design, project coordination, testing, and issue resolution, all aimed at improving operational efficiency.
