Job Summary

Rentomojo is looking for an Expansion Manager – Retail to find, negotiate and lock the properties that

Rentomojo’s next retail stores open in. This is a field-first, full-cycle role – scouting footfall-driven locations across

Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, negotiating rent, deposit and fitout terms, closing the agreement with legal, and handing

over a ready site to the Design & Projects team. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial instinct, a genuine

feel for what makes a high-footfall location work, and is comfortable travelling to PAN India at short notice, with

all travel and accommodation costs borne by the company.
