About the Role
We are looking for experienced WebRTC Developers to join our engineering team and build high-performance, real-time communication and live streaming solutions.

You will work on scalable media infrastructure, real-time audio/video systems, and streaming technologies while leveraging modern WebRTC frameworks and open-source projects.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain real-time audio/video communication systems using WebRTC.
Work with WebRTC-based frameworks and open-source media technologies.
Build and optimize live streaming and real-time media pipelines.
Develop scalable, low-latency solutions for audio/video transmission.
Troubleshoot and optimize issues related to latency, quality, bandwidth, connectivity, and scalability.
Integrate and customize open-source projects such as mediasoup, Pion, and LiveKit.




Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to deliver reliable real-time communication experiences.
Contribute to architecture, performance optimization, and technical decision-making.

Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience working with WebRTC or WebRTC-based frameworks.
Strong understanding of WebRTC architecture and real-time communication protocols.
Familiarity with open-source projects such as: mediasoup, Pion, LiveKit
Positive understanding of live streaming technologies and media pipelines.
Experience with audio/video codecs, RTP/RTCP, ICE, STUN/TURN, and related WebRTC concepts.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
