Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated WordPress Developer Intern to join our tech team on a remote basis. In this role, you will be directly involved in developing, maintaining, and optimising HealthLetic's WordPress-based web presence. You will bridge front-end aesthetics with back-end functionality while ensuring a seamless user experience that reflects our brand and mission.
This is a hands-on role — you will not be a passive observer. You will own tasks end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to a live, user-facing product in the health-tech space.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customise, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins aligned with HealthLetic's branding and product goals
Build and optimise responsive, mobile-first web pages that deliver a consistent experience across devices and screen sizes
Implement front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, translating design mockups into functional web pages
Troubleshoot and resolve website performance issues, bugs, and compatibility errors promptly
Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to implement UI/UX improvements and new feature requests
