Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bihar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and promoting INSTA’s management software and IT solutions to hospitals, medical institutions, schools, colleges, and other organizations. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying leads,



conducting product presentations and demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role also involves developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, collaborating with technical and implementation teams, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports. The Sales Manager will be expected to meet defined sales targets, provide feedback on customer needs, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in software or IT services sales, preferably in healthcare, education, or enterprise solutions.
Robust skills in lead generation, prospecting, customer relationship management, and closing deals.
Ability to conduct professional product presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and prepare clear proposals and sales documentation.
Understanding of hospital management systems, school management
