Role Description The Human Resources Assistant at Creadxmoney is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and assisting with HRIS data entry and reporting. The Human Resources Assistant helps coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding processes, training schedules, and benefits administration,



as well as responding to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves preparing HR documents, assisting with policy implementation, supporting performance management processes, and collaborating with HR management to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. The HR Assistant works closely with team members and leadership to promote a positive, inclusive, and efficient workplace.
