Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Copywriting
Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with client goals and brand identity.
Write high-converting, punchy, and professional copy for social media, digital ads, and long-form content.
Build and maintain strategic content calendars that ensure consistent brand storytelling.

Account Management & Client Success
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients,



managing expectations, project timelines, and performance reporting.
Translate client feedback into actionable creative directives.
Ensure all deliverables maintain the high standard and aesthetic expected of Netpuppys.

Production & Team Leadership
Direct Ad Shoots: Take charge of on-set creative direction, ensuring video and photo assets meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor internal creative team members, fostering a team-oriented environment that encourages high-quality, on-brand output.
Manage project workflows to ensure efficiency and timely delivery across all accounts.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency.
Versatility: A balance of creative prowess (copy/strategy) and operational discipline (account management/team leadership).
