The role

We're looking for a passionate, skilled Flutter Developer with 0–2 years of hands-on experience building high-quality cross-platform apps. You should have strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, along with experience deploying apps across Android and iOS. Alongside mobile development, you should be comfortable using AI-powered development tools and have practical experience integrating AI capabilities into applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications
Build responsive and scalable applications for Android and iOS
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver quality software
Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services
Develop reusable, clean, and maintainable code following best practices
Optimize application performance, security, and user experience
Publish, deploy, and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting




Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases and emerging technologies

AI & Modern Development Expectations

Proficient in using AI-powered development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar tools to improve productivity
Experience integrating AI services such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLMs into mobile applications
Familiarity with AI-based features such as chatbots, document processing, recommendations, image recognition, voice assistance, or workflow automation
Ability to use AI responsibly for code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation while maintaining code quality and security

Required Skills

0–2 years of experience in Flutter development
Strong knowledge of the Dart programming language
Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, or similar)
Robust understanding of Flutter architecture and the widget lifecycle
Experience with REST APIs, JSON parsing, WebSocket
