Digiqt Technolabs is hiring a Tech Lead to be an intrinsic part of our Agile Development teams. We're looking for a self-driven, self-organizing innovator who takes pride in building new products — someone who pushes boundaries, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
Hire and mentor a team of high-caliber front-end and backend engineers
Design and develop new user-facing full-stack applications
Build reusable components and front-end / backend libraries for future use
Optimize pages for maximum performance across web-capable devices and browsers
Optimize backend systems for high scale
Own architecture and design decisions across the stack
Drive database design and data modeling
Lead API implementation with a focus on security,



scalability, and performance
Bring practical, real-time implementation experience — not just theory

Skill Set
6+ years of experience in software development, including at least 1 year as a Tech Lead
Experience with Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Python, and Microservices
Deep understanding of React.js or Vue.js and their core principles
Deep understanding of Node.js
Familiarity with front-end tools like Babel, Webpack, and NPM
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or SVN
Strong grasp of clean, object-oriented JavaScript and common design patterns
Ability to debug complex issues in JavaScript
Experience building complex single-page applications (front-end + backend)
Experience with production full-stack debugging and DevOps
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Strong hands-on coding experience — real, not theoretical
Robust experience in database design and data modeling for
