Brand Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a Brand Manager who can combine strong brand thinking with creative judgement and excellent execution. This role sits at the intersection of brand, content, creative and communication and needs someone who can take projects from an initial brief to the final output, while keeping the larger brand objective in sight.

What you’ll do
Own and execute brand campaigns and projects end-to-end — from insight, brief and ideation to production, rollout and measurement.
Work closely with creative, content, design, video, social, influencer, PR and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
Develop sharp campaign briefs, messaging and communication frameworks that translate business and brand objectives into strong consumer-facing work.
Review and improve scripts, copy, creatives and campaign assets, with a strong eye for storytelling, consumer relevance and brand consistency.
Drive brand-led social and influencer initiatives, working with creators, talent, internal teams and external partners.
Work with creative, media,



influencer and PR agencies, ensuring briefs are clear, outputs are strong and projects move efficiently.
Partner with PR teams/agencies on brand narratives, launches, campaigns and earned-media opportunities as part of the larger communication plan.
Track the impact of brand initiatives through relevant brand and business metrics — including awareness, consideration, TOMA, brand perception, reach and engagement.
Build a robust understanding of the consumer, category and competitive landscape and translate insights into better communication and campaigns.
Manage multiple brand projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets and stakeholder alignment.
Act as a brand custodian across key consumer-facing touch points and ensure the brand shows up consistently.
