About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on SharePoint Administrator for a full-time, four-month contractual position based in Chennai.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint security and permissions, troubleshooting, governance, PowerShell, and collaboration technologies. We are looking for a resource who can independently manage SharePoint administration activities, resolve technical issues, work with users and IT teams, and contribute to improving the overall SharePoint environment.
This is a technical ownership role and is not limited to routine user support. Candidates with robust hands-on expertise, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to independently manage SharePoint environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesSharePoint Administration
Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and, where applicable, SharePoint Server environments.
Create, configure, maintain, and manage SharePoint sites, site collections, libraries, lists, pages, groups, permissions, and configurations.
Manage modern SharePoint team sites, communication sites, hub sites, navigation, pages, and document libraries.
Configure content types, columns, metadata, views, document sets, and information architecture.
Manage site lifecycle activities including provisioning, modification, archival, and decommissioning.
Monitor platform health, storage, performance, availability, and administrative issues.
Ensure SharePoint environments remain secure, organized, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards.
