Role Description The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.



The TSM will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory by identifying prospective societies, presenting NoBrokerHood’s solutions, and closing new business. Day-to-day activities include meeting society management committees, conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their queries, and coordinating with internal teams to support service delivery and customer satisfaction. The TSM will also monitor territory performance, prepare regular sales reports, and participate in local marketing or promotional activities to expand market reach.
