Role Description The Customer Success Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Banglaore. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting them through the booking process, addressing service-related queries, and ensuring a smooth overall experience. Responsibilities include monitoring client satisfaction,



coordinating with physiotherapists and scheduling teams, and helping resolve issues quickly and professionally. The Customer Success Executive will track client progress and feedback, identify opportunities to improve retention, and provide insights to management to enhance service quality. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records in customer systems, preparing simple reports, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications
BBA or MBA. Management degree profiles are preferred.
0 to 2 years experience in Sales and Customer support.
Ready to work for UK Shift.
Solid customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support capabilities.
Experience in nurturing ongoing relationships through Customer Retention and Account Management.
