The Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing efficient, scalable, and user-centred experiences across both internal platforms and customer-facing web products, with a robust focus on tools used by operational and business teams.

This role is key to improving complex workflows and platform usability, helping teams work more effectively through better design.



You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to turn operational needs into intuitive and high-impact solutions.

Experience working with design systems, strong attention to detail, and a solid technical understanding will be key to ensuring seamless collaboration with development teams.

Role Responsibilities

Create end-to-end designs: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, ensuring scalability and consistency
Build understanding and own the user journeys maps, personas for complex journeys.
Improve usability and accessibility: Optimize interfaces for clarity, speed, and accessibility (WCAG), especially in complex systems
Collaborate Closely with Developers: Work closely with developers during the design implementation process, providing detailed design specifications, style guides, assets, and any necessary clarifications to ensure high-quality e
