The chance
Aliens Tattoo is the most recognised name in premium tattooing in India — a ₹45 Cr brand with a credible line of sight to ₹500 Cr by 2030, built across three businesses: a premium studio network scaling from 14 to 100 locations, India's largest tattoo school, and a growing home-service line.

That scale only works if the numbers keep up with it. Every studio, every school batch, every home-service booking throws off data — sales, expenses, receivables, payables, cash flow. Right now that data lives across Tally, spreadsheets and individual heads. As the business goes from 14 studios to 100, from one school to a national network, from a single home-service line to a growing one, the gap between what's happening on the ground and what leadership can see grows with it.

We're looking for the person who closes that gap — who takes raw numbers from every part of the business and turns them into a report management can trust and act on, every single cycle, without being chased for it.

The mandate
You will own the MIS layer of the business:



the periodic reporting, the reconciliation between what the books say and what the reports say, and the dashboards that let the Accounts Manager and Director – Finance see the business clearly and on time.

That means building and running the reporting calendar, keeping the underlying data in Tally/ERP clean enough to report from, and being the person who catches a variance before it reaches a management meeting instead of after.

It also means supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycle, standing ready for audits with documentation that doesn't need to be reconstructed under pressure, and steadily making the reporting process itself faster and less manual.

You will report to the Senior Accounts Manager / Director – Finance.
